Occasionally an item will be out of stock. In this
case, you, as the buyer, will be given an option of
backordering, substituting for item of equal value, store
credit, or a refund. If an item arrives damaged during
shipping, we must be notified immediately for replacement
at no additional cost to the buyer or, if unavailable,
refunded. The damaged item may require return
shipment prior to replacement or refund.
Calculated shipping fees are for UPS Ground. Please
note UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes, or Apartments. For
purchases to these addresses or outside the Continental
USA, please contact us to arrange an alternate
shipping method prior to purchasing to avoid delays or
order refusal.
